Special School for Intellectual Disability

At Seva Sankalp Sanstha – Therapy Service Centre, our Special School for Children with Intellectual Disabilities provides a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where every child is encouraged to learn, grow, and become as independent as possible.

We believe that every child has unique strengths and abilities. Through individualized education plans, therapy support, life skills training, and vocational activities, we help children develop academically, socially, emotionally, and functionally.

Our dedicated team of special educators, therapists, and support staff work closely with families to ensure that every child receives personalized attention and opportunities to achieve their fullest potential.

What is Intellectual Disability?

Intellectual Disability (ID) is a developmental condition that affects a person’s intellectual functioning, learning ability, reasoning, problem-solving, and adaptive behaviour. Children with intellectual disabilities may require specialized educational approaches and additional support to develop communication, social, academic, and daily living skills.

With early intervention, specialized education, and continuous support, children can develop greater independence and improve their overall quality of life.
